Membership Refund Policy

The Pentecostal Churches of the Apostolic Faith International (PCAFI) values the commitment of its member churches and strives to provide a supportive and enriching network. As such, PCAFI does not offer refunds for membership fees, application fees, license fees, or credential fees. Exceptions to this policy are made only in cases where it can be demonstrated that a duplicative fee was paid. Upon notification of a duplicate payment, PCAFI will conduct a review within 3-5 business days. If it is determined that a duplicate fee payment was indeed made, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days following the finding.
